Transport for London (TfL) has announced its plans for travel arrangements during the next four days leading to Monday, 19th September, the day of Her Majesty's State Funeral.
A National Moment of Reflection will be marked by a one-minute silence at 8 pm on Sunday, 18th September, and a national two-minute silence at around 11.55 am on 19th September. Services across London Underground, London Overground, DLR, London Trams, and the Elizabeth line will take part. Customer announcements will be made just before the minute's silence but services will continue to run. If it is safe and practical to do so, buses will pull over and switch their engines off.

Friday, 16th to Sunday, 18th September:
- Some bus services in central London will be diverted, stop short of their destination, or run a reduced service;
- London Underground will run as normal but some short-term safety measures such as queuing, closures, non-stopping trains, or changes to station entry and exit arrangements may be necessary;
- Green Park Tube station will operate as exit only from 10:00 to 20:00 each day;
- Westminster, Charing Cross, Embankment, Victoria, Waterloo, St James's Park, Lancaster Gate, Hyde Park Corner, and Marble Arch Tube stations will be busier than usual.
Sunday, 18th September:
- Elizabeth Line trains will run every five minutes on the central section between Paddington and Abbey Wood. The East and West sections will operate as normal.
Night Services:
- Night Tube and Night Overground services will run on Friday and Saturday nights;
- Elizabeth line services will run overnight between Paddington and Reading and between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. They will not run overnight in the central section between Paddington and Abbey Wood.
Monday, 19th September 2022:
- All Tube and rail services, including London Overground, the Elizabeth line, and the DLR will run a normal weekday service;
- Buses will run normal weekday services but many routes in central London will be diverted;
- Tube services will start at around 05:30;
- Some stations will be busier than usual, and some short-term safety measures such as queuing, closures, non-stopping trains or changes to the way customers enter or exit a station may be necessary;
- The Tube and the central section of the Elizabeth line will operate for an additional hour in the evening.
- Buses will be run throughout the night;
- Westminster, St James's Park, and Hyde Park Corner stations will be closed for most of the morning. TfL will aim to reopen the stations after the end of the funeral service;
- Green Park station will be exit only between 10:00 and 20:00;
- The Elizabeth line will operate a regular service of a train every five minutes throughout the day.
20 September 2022:
- Road closures and diversions will continue as event infrastructure is removed., which is expected to take several days.
