March station has undergone a substantial redevelopment and has seen the original building's internal structure totally remodelled alongside a new and extended car park.
The event is set to take place at March station from 07.30 to 12.00 on Tuesday the 6th of September and will see customers able to chat with rail managers and transport teams as representatives from Greater Anglia, Fenland District Councils Transport Team and Hereward Community Rail Partnership.
A short survey will be available to be completed by passengers about the station's redevelopment as well as managers from both Greater Anglia and CrossCountry Trains on hand to chat.
Further information will also be available alongside some free goodies at the Hereward Community Rail Partnership stand in the foyer.
The overall aim of the event is to gather customers' feedback and comments in order to provide ongoing improvements for March station facilities and rail service.

Cllr Chris Seaton, Fenland District Council's Portfolio Holder for Transport and Chairman of the March Station Project Board, said:
“We'd love to hear what people think to the redevelopment of the station, which was delivered through our Railway Station Masterplans Project, and also how facilities can be further improved in future.
“It's also a chance to find out more about the Hereward Community Rail Partnership which champions improvements to the Hereward Line and its stations at March, Manea and Whittlesey, and engages communities to help them get the most out of their railway.”
Greater Anglia has carried out the redevelopment project over a two-year period and has seen March station completely altered to bring an open-plan ticket hall and waiting area with modern accessible toilet facilities and retail outlets on platform 1 alongside the improved and extended car park.
Fenland District Council's Railway Station Masterplans delivered the project as part of a £9.5 million funding package via Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority which is chaired by Mayor Dr Nik Johnson, alongside support from Greater Anglia.
The Masterplans scheme aims to improve passenger facilities across the three Fenland stations of Manea, March and Whittlesea which are on the Ely to Peterborough Hereward Line. The project will see connections improved between Fenland towns as well as regional centres for both education and employment, making a welcome and more sustainable alternative to car travel.
Greater Anglia has also worked alongside the Bee Friendly Trust and station adoption volunteers in order to put hundred of bee-friendly flowers, shrubs and trees in order to make beautiful green areas for the new car park.
