The special Music Train will run on the evening of Saturday the 11th of June on the Marks Tey to Sudbury line.
The melodic event has been organised by the Essex and South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership and Greater Anglia.
The event will see vocalist, Ben Smith, and saxophonist Andrew Bruell entertain passengers as they make their way through the delightful countryside of the Gainsborough Line, which was named as it passes through the stunning rural scenery painted by the artist.
The Music Train is set to depart Marks Tey at 19.01 and will see two round trips undertaken with the second departing at 20.01.
Passengers are also able to join the Music Train at Sudbury, where it will depart at 19.26 and again at 20.26.
Passengers are welcome to stay for the entire event or can choose to leave when it is convenient for them.
Tickets must be booked in advance and cost £5 per adult and £3 per child.

The Essex & South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership hope to encourage and promote the use of six rail branch lines in Essex and helps local projects created alongside community groups, businesses and rail operator Greater Anglia. The Partnership focuses on projects which promote stations and motivate people to travel by train through engagement, they also focus on economic growth and sustainable active travel for all.
