As the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend and half-term approaches, has launched this special offer to support families in making days out through the school holidays and over weekends.

The offer gives up to four children aged between 5 and 15 years the ability to travel for only £2 each when an adult buys an off-peak ticket online for travel on c2c's route which provides a perfect opportunity for families to get out and about and enjoy an adventure on the coast or in the city.

Child Smartcards are available to order online and simply link up to an adult's c2c account. The c2c Train Travel app can also be used to add discounted child tickets directly onto a which provides both improved security and durability.

Families can also take advantage of a selection of 2FOR1 offers with c2c when travelling across the East and South route during and weekends.

The offers provide excellent savings on top London attractions like Madame Tussauds and the London Dungeons – terms and conditions apply. To find out more about these special offers please visit: http://www.c2c-online.co.uk/destinations-offers/2-for-1-offers-in-london/

c2c Commercial Director, Clare McCaffrey, said:

“We know families are planning ahead to half term so we're expecting this offer to be really popular as it's such great value for money. Plus, our child Smartcard is a doddle to order and use, giving parents and carers the added assurance their children are travelling with a valid ticket by loading their tickets onto their own Smartcards.”
