The characters Chase and Skye from the children's TV programme Paw Patrol will be visiting the Leighton Buzzed Railway on Sunday 17th July.
Chase and Skye will be visiting Stonehenge Works for one day only, and visitors young and old can take a steam-train ride to meet them at intervals. The train trip takes 80 minutes, including 40 minutes at Stonehenge Works.
As well as meeting Chase and Skye at Stonehenge Works, visitors can explore the Stonehenge Trail, enjoy a children's play area, and view static engines and wagons.
A sand train replicating how it would have run on the railway from the 1920s to 1970s will be on display, and a steam loco called Penlee where children can climb in the cab and pretend to be the engine driver.
There is also a train from an RAF ammunition depot, a logging train, and displays about sand quarrying and military railways.

To cater for the expected demand for seats the railway will be longer, seven-coach, trains. The day will provide a great opportunity for photographers, as well as families. A special timetable will operate as below.

For this day only, complimentary and discounted tickets will not be available, and only full-fare tickets will be valid. Demand is expected to be high, so it is recommended that visitors should book their tickets online in advance to reserve their seats and prevent disappointment on the day.
At Page's Park there is a craft shop that sells non-railway items and hot and cold drinks and confectionery. Visitors can take a guided tour of the Engine Shed which will include most of the railway's steam locomotives as well as a photographic display of the line and its construction. The Train Shed Café will be open with a full menu from 10.00.
Trains on the day will run direct to Stonehenge Works and will not travel on the Munday's Hill extension.
