A global leader in train manufacturing has outsourced its recruitment to talent services company Ford & Stanley for its rapidly expanding UK operations.
The Spanish company CAF has won major rolling stock contracts with UK train operators, including TransPennine Express, Northern Trains, West Midlands Trains, and Transport for Wales.
To provide sufficient and suitable staff to complete those contracts, CAF Rolling Stock and CAF Rail Services have signed a contract with recruitment specialists Ford & Stanley to be their sole recruitment supplier for three years.
Through the partnership, Ford & Stanley will supply a full site-managed service for contract and permanent placements covering engineering, operations, procurement, finance, business support, and administration.
As part of its role, Ford & Stanley has participated in several projects, including a dedicated IR35 team that has run a series of workshops to assist CAF and its workers with the new payroll working rules that came into effect last year.

This three-year deal is one of several prestigious contracts that have recently been awarded to Ford & Stanley, further cementing the company's position as one of the fastest-growing and exciting businesses in the UK talent field.
