Passengers can drop in on the ‘Whistle-Stop Tour' at railway station, today, Tuesday 7 December between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

The event will give passengers an opportunity to speak to (WMR) managers.

Managers will be on the concourse at Wolverhampton station to listen to passenger feedback, to answer questions about the West Midlands Railway (WMR) services and to give information and advice regarding the new timetable changes which start on the 12th December.

Jonny Wiseman, customer experience director for WMR, said: “Over recent months we have seen more and more people using the railway again and it has been a privilege to welcome passengers back to our fantastic new station facilities at Wolverhampton.”

“On some routes we are continuing to feel the knock-on impact of the pandemic on our driver training programmes and events like this are a great chance for us to meet passengers face-to-face, answer questions and explain how we are tackling these challenges and encouraging people back to the railway.”
