c2c should of kept their ticket machines that would of made it much easier for commuters to travel lot easier. And to employ more extra staff at stations where necessary and to combat ticket invaders dodging the ticket barriers and avoiding paying for a train ticket. Especially at some stations that have had lots of trouble with some people not paying for a train ticket.
