If you are a regular commuter on trains for work or leisure and purchase tickets from their machines, then you are just what they are looking for!

c2c are looking for volunteers to get involved and help with their research on tickets machines.

Volunteers need to be available in person between 9am – 6pm on Monday 1st November, or Tuesday 2nd November, the interactive ticket machine research will last up to 45 minutes at their Fenchurch St Station.

As a thank you to those selected to take part, they will be given a £20 Amazon voucher. Your help will improve the preferences and needs of travellers when using tickets machines.

Inviqa will be carrying out the interviews and participants will be asked for consent to allow the sessions to be recorded. But all information and data will be kept confidential and remain anonymous and you will not be added to mailing lists or have your details shared with third partners.

Anyone that is interested in taking part please visit c2c website.
