Steam trains to return to the Llangollen Railway!

The has announced that they will be bringing back steam-hauled trains for the first time this year.

Friday 13th August will see the return of steam locomotive 3802 haul trains through the Dee Valley.

Train services will also be extended to Glyndyfrdwy, rather than Berwyn, which trains have been running to since their return last month.

As well as steam-hauled trains, a heritage railcar will also be operating.

The timetable will see trains depart Llangollen every 55 minutes between 10:30 and 15:05.

Berwyn will also be a stop for trains if passengers which to start/finish here.

Tickets can be purchased on the day from booking offices, and rostered to haul trains are expected to be and a Class 108.
