With new activities to make the annual event more enjoyable, the Severn Valley Railway (SVR) has confirmed that their Steam in Lights event is returning in 2021, with tickets on sale now!
A huge success last year, Steam in Lights is a fantastic family-friendly late autumn/winter experience, lighting up those dark nights as you travel along the line.
Starting at Bridgnorth Station, where Grandma Cackler and her grandson will be entertaining passengers with a live performance on platform 2, you await a colourfully lit steam train, with snacks and refreshments available to purchase at the refreshment room.
Once you have settled into your seats, the narration begins! While listening along, you can watch the displays along the track as you pass them by.
Running on several dates between 19th of November to 23rd of December 2021, tickets are £20 per person with booking in tables for two or compartments of four or six.
Regularly cleaning will take place to ensure safety.
Tickets are likely to sell fast, with early booking advised.

This year is going to be more amazing than ever, with even more of the wonderful and magical displays that our visitors enjoyed so much last year. We know this is going to be a popular experience, and pre-booking is the only way to make sure of a seat!”
