The Bodmin & Wenford Railway in Cornwall have announced that they will be operating a special Diesel Day on the 24th of July.
Rover tickets will return just for the special day, meaning that passengers can pay once and travel on the train all day.
Operating services on the day will be Class 47, 47306 ‘The Sapper'.
The diesel loco will be running 5 trips between Bodmin General and Bodmin Parkway, starting at 10.30
Tickets can be purchased at Bodmin Parkway (Cash Only) or Bodmin General (Cash or Card) and cost £17 for Adults and £9 for Children.
The coffee shop will also be open on the day with a special of Coffee and a Bacon Bap available for just £4
