The Volks Electric Railway Association (VERA) has announced that the Volks Electric Railway in Brighton will be running four special evening services this year to raise money for railway projects.
On Sunday 27th of June, the first of these will run, starting after the end of normal service at 6 pm. The trains will run until 8 pm.
The special services will be subject to the weather, so if you are planning to travel any distance it would be wise to check with the railway beforehand to make sure they are operating.
Additional evening services will be held on 25th July, 22nd August and 26th September.
Staff from VERA will be around for visitors to learn more about the railway during the running of the evening services.
