Man and 16 year old charged after Heroin and Cocaine seized at Manchester Victoria

The has announced that a man, 23, and a boy, 16, have appeared in court after an incident at Victoria.

In total, police seized 190 wraps of Class A drugs and two knives from the duo who had travelled to from Leeds.

Sebastian Matinde from Leeds has been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, possession of a bladed article and possession of Class B drugs.

A 16-year-old boy, who has remained unnamed, has been charged with possession with intent to supply of Class A drugs and possession of a bladed article.

The pair have been remanded in custody until their next court appearances.
