We Are Railfans, alongside Dovetail Games, will hold their Railfan Festival this weekend, 10th to 11th April 2021.
Held each day from 5 – 11pm, the event will showcase all aspects of the rail hobby, from simulation to photography.
Paul Jackson, Founder at Dovetail Games said ‘Having witnessed the rail hobby, as well as hobbyists, challenges owing to the COVID pandemic, we felt compelled to help bring the whole community together in an online event and give back to this diverse mix of loyal hobbyists. With no sponsorship and free participation for the community, this not-for-profit event is designed to offer a unique opportunity for all sectors of the hobby to intertwine.'
The event will see participation from Amtrak, which has modernized train travel in America for 50 years and will be talking about their 50th anniversary as well as holding a Q&A session.

Also part of the show is Hornby, the National Railroad Museum, OBB, NJ Transit, Tom Connell as well as others.
