  • As platform 0 at Leeds railway station has been built. It will mainly be used for Northern to operate local electric services including to Skipton, Shipley, Bradford Forester Square and a future shuttle service to Leeds-Bradford Airport. And could also be used for other services that Northern would operate from Leeds platform 0 including to Huddersfield. And may even be used for Transpennine Express operating from Leeds to Manchester Piccadilly and Liverpool Lime Street.
