Have a question regarding the (SWR) Train Operating Company (TOC)? Find your answers at next month's “Meet the Manager” event.

“Meet the Manager”

On Tuesday 13th of April, senor managers across SWR will hold a virtual meeting (platform to be confirmed) to allow the public, customers and stakeholders to discuss questions they have regarding SWR.

The focus will be on how the company is ensuring safe travel during the current pandemic, and as passenger numbers begin to increase when we come out of national lockdown.

Transport Focus, an independent body, is working with South Western Railway to help host this event.

The event will take place over five hours between 3 pm and 7 pm.

Each one-to-one session lasts for 15 minutes. Anyone wishing to take part has until Tuesday 23th of March to book their place, which can be done with SWWR via their email to meet.swr@transportfocus.org.uk .

You will need to provide the following details:

  1. Contact details
  2. Preferred time slot
  3. Topic you would like to discuss

Christian Neill, SWR's Deputy Director of Customer Experience, said: “Listening to the experience of our customers helps us drive improvements to our services across our network.”

“We also know that as more of our customers look to return to the railway over the coming months, many of them will have questions about the steps we're taking to keep them safe. This is a perfect opportunity for them to hear about how we're working hard to ensure that when they start to travel, they can travel with confidence.”
