has unveiled the new look for No. 66793, marking another Class 66 to have a heritage livery.

66793 is one of the five locomotives to be imported from Germany thanks to the partnership with Beacon Rail Leasing.

The new livery, British Rail Railfreight Construction livery, is to show appreciation of the contribution made by aggregate and construction companies to keep the UK moving.

The locomotive will now enter service to provide more capacity for GBRf and its services up and down the country.

Once in service, the five European Class 66 locomotives will become Class 66 66793 – 66797.

Additionally, the class 66s will be fitted with the most up to date GSMR and TPWS systems and will also be painted in GBRf livery, though 793 has a special livery.
