Train operator has announced that from the end of March 2021 passengers will no longer be able to purchase or top-up Oyster cards and products at their ticket office windows.

Instead, passengers will need to use ticket machines to top up, buy tickets and check their balances, as well as Oyster ticket stops to manage the card.

If they need a new Oyster card they will need to get one from another source, for example, a newsagent or directly from TfL. Any Oyster queries will also need to be directed to TfL.

If passengers are travelling in London Zones 1-6 then a contactless card could be used instead of Oyster. Using the card to touch in and out the passengers will be charged the same fare.

More information about using contactless cards can be found on the Transport for London website here.
