Steam trains cancelled at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway as lockdown is announced

The has announced that they have cancelled planned services from the 4th November.

Steam trains will not operate from the 5th November until at least the 2nd December 2020.

However, the North Yorkshire Moors Railway is still planning to operate the Pullman Christmas Moorlander and the Santa's Reimagined, subject to any government restrictions.

  • So sorry to hear about the NYMR’s latest setback… let alone another unexpected lockdown.

    My heart stil goes out once again, to the whole North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Especially to those out there and in-between.

    I do hope the NYMR eventually gets back on track again eventually… I really do.
