Yesterday (Wednesday 7th October) new Customer Information Points opened at railway station.

The new wheelchair accessible information points will serve both the Kent and Sussex sides of the station.

The new information points feature desks which are lower down to provide accessibility and will be operated by staff from and GTR.

Having a circular design, the customer information points allow a better passenger flow through the station. Better IT links have been installed, providing enhanced information to passengers.
