has announced that it has received confirmation of a legacy that will help fund the completion of 's rolling chassis.

The existing plan is to proceed as scheduled. This will see Tyseley Steam Locomotive Works continue with the building of the frames over the next four months.

CME, Elliot Powick, is currently collecting the cost for all components necessary to provide the rolling chassis.

Meanwhile, design detail for the rolling chassis has continued, and more reports will be published in due course.

It is anticipated that residual money from the legacy will part-fund the boiler for the steam locomotive, so fundraising will continue.

This is great news from the Holden F5 Steam Locomotive Trust, and we look forward to hearing more news from the trust soon.
