Transport for Wales has announced that they are launching a public travel survey to help with future transport planning.
The survey would be run through SenseMaker, which can be accessed online, on a mobile phone, or on paper if necessary.
Transport for Wales want to engage with the public and provide them with an accessible platform where their thoughts can be shared with the operator and acted upon if required.

James Price, Transport for Wales CEO said: “The customer is at the heart of our decision-making process at TfW and we are continually working to improve the overall customer experience.
“The SenseMaker survey will allow us to gain vital insight about people's perceptions, attitudes and behaviours in relation to public transport and through careful analysis we can use this to help shape and influence our future planning.
“The challenges presented through Covid-19 have meant that we've all had to re-evaluate the way we work and travel, and therefore new insight and research is fundamental.
“We need the public to help by taking part in the survey, so please follow the website link and share your views with us.”
Silke Boak, Customer Insights Analyst, added: “Our vision at TfW is to create customer-focused services through a safe transport network of which Wales is proud.
“For us to achieve this vision it's essential that we engage with the public and hear their voice about using public transport as lockdown restrictions are being lifted. The SenseMaker survey is a good example of this, it only takes between 10-15 minutes to complete, questions are simple and offer new ways of getting people to express their views, making it easier and faster to complete.”

You only put two carriages on from Cardiff to holyhead over crowded all the time you have the old people sitting on the floor while the young sit in the seats and laugh and joke about it they won’t give up a seat for the ol pensioners you need three coaches on the holyhead train on Sunday its been like this for years and everyone should have a seat
Transport for Wales are to replace the old ageing rolling stocks used across Wales with new rolling stocks including Class 197 CAF Civity DMU, Class 231 diesel & Class 756 Bi-mode Stadler Flirts, Class 398 Stadler Citylink tram-trains, Class 769 Tri-mode and Class 230 Hybrid units converted from former London Underground D78 stocks by Vivarail.
