A freight train caught fire last night, marking a huge emergency response to Llangennech, near Llanelli in South Wales.
The fire was reported at 11:20 pm on Wednesday and caused the police to evacuate the local homes in the area.
Three of the oil tankers caught fire, and an 800 metre evacuation zone was put in place, and local roads were closed.
Mari Patel, on Twitter, said that a fuel burning smell could be smelt from more than a mile away.
Llangennech County Councillor Gary Jones has recently posted on Facebook that residents have now been allowed to return to their homes. The fire is now under control, but road closures will still remain.

As you can well imagine, a fire on this scale is going to damage the railway in some way.
Transport for Wales has said that all lines are currently blocked. This means that no trains can run between Llanelli and Llandrindod.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day, with disruption expected on all routes.
Please note also that the Heart of Wales line between Llandrindod and Shrewsbury is also closed due to extreme weather.
This means that buses will replace trains between Llandrindod and Shrewsbury, and Llandrindod and Llanelli.

My heart bleeds for Wales. This is similar or different to what has happened at Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire, Scotland couple weeks ago. I hope the driver is ok.
