Passengers have scored Heathrow Express 94% satisfaction in the latest National Rail Passenger Survey.
Rail passengers have also named Heathrow Express trains the cleanest in the UK with 93%, which comes at a time when cleanliness is on everyone's mind.
Speed (97%) and reliability (95%) are also where Heathrow Express leads the way in the latest passenger survey.
Value for money is up 8% on last year as passengers make the most of Heathrow Express' Fixed Day fares from £5.50.
Les Freer, Heathrow Express Director, said: “To be rated 94% by customers is a vote of confidence in the speed, reliability and on board experience of Heathrow Express which can be enjoyed for less thanks to our Fixed Day fares from £5.50 each way. Mistake on 1st paragraph that I’ve should of say was-Still waiting for the modified Class 387 to be heard that Heathrow Express should start introducing their modified Class 387s and to replace the Class 332s which are most likely to be scrapped. Why is it taking so long.

Still waiting for the new to be heard about Heathrow Express to start introducing their modified Class 387s and to replace the Class 332s which are most likely to be scrapped. Why is it taking so long.
Heathrow Express should of ordered new trains ie: CAF Civity Class 3xx or Class 7xx instead of having 12 of the Class 387s modified to operate on their service. With GWR to retain the 33 Class 387.
Or perhaps cascade the Class 379s from Greater Anglia and 15 of them to be modified for Heathrow Express and the other 15 to be used on GWR Thames Valley services that can work alongside with the 33 Class 387s.
And no news on whether Heathrow Express will be able to introduce their modified Class 387s that are to replace the Class 332 and to work on the Paddington-Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 & 3, Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 and Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. Which means passengers using Heathrow Express will have to adapt to the hard ironing board seats on the Class 387s. And the Class 332 to be stored and sent for scrap.
Or perhaps cascade the Class 332s to Northern to work alongside with the Class 333, Class 319, Class 331, Class 323 and Class 322.
