Steam train and boat rides could return to Dartmouth by early July 2020

The have announced that recent planning could see their trains and boats run again by Tuesday the 7th of July 2020.

Although not confirmed to go ahead, the company are in the process of implementing social distancing and other safety measures to their trains and boats to allow them to carry passengers once again.

This has including fitting screens, one-way systems, reduced capacity and allocated seating, along with other measures to ensure good safety can be provided to staff and visitors while travelling by train and boat between Paignton and Dartmouth.

Closer to the date, the company will confirm if they will reopen on the 7th of July, with full information to become available on the Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company's website here when they are ready to reopen.
