Colas Rail UK is in the running to win two awards at this year's Women in Rail Awards, with the Graduate Programme and Roxana Lupascu in the running for awards.
The operator's Graduate Programme has been shortlisted for Best Graduate Programme Award as it recognises companies that have developed a successful programme in UK rail.
Roxana Lupascu has been shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year.
This award was set up to honour women who are already making an impact, despite being in the early stages of their career.
The Awards will take place on 22nd September at the Roundhouse in Camden. BBC presenter, Naga Munchetty will host the awards.
