has announced that it will be postponing all steam locomotive railtours in March and April 2020.

This follows on from the Government's guidelines regarding social contact and unnecessary travel.

This comes as a big blow, with Steam Dreams set to hold a number of railtours in the next month.

Steam Dreams follows on from Vintage Trains, Saphos Trains and The Railway Touring Company in postponing tours due to the coronavirus outbreak.

What did the officials say?

David Buck, Owner of Steam Dreams commented:

‘The health and safety of our passengers, staff and volunteers is of paramount importance to us and in these extraordinary and challenging times this is at the forefront of our minds. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and can assure our passengers and partners alike that we have every intention of resuming our 2020 programme of nostalgic steam trips as soon as feasibly possible.'
