Railtours for steam locomotive 35028 Clan Line postponed or cancelled

The Merchant Navy Locomotive Preservation Society has confirmed that two of 35028 Clan Line’s tours have been withdrawn.

UK Railtours has postponed the Merchant of Norfolk trip, which was set to run on Saturday 18th April 2020.

Belmond has also cancelled the Belmond Surrey Hills trip, this was set to take place on Friday 27th March 2020.

The MNLPS said:

The situation is very fluid, at the moment, but we will try to update you all as soon as we know of any developments affecting our locomotive given the current climate at present.
