Steam locomotive 46100 Royal Scot passing through Clitheroe TOMORROW

LMS ‘Scot’ No. 46100 ‘Royal Scot’ will be passing through Clitheroe tomorrow as it hauls a special railtour on Saturday, 15th February 2020.

The Scot will be hauling a tour from Crewe to Carnforth and back.

Departing Crewe at 08:40, the locomotive will pass through Sandbach (08:48), Wilmslow (09:08), Stockport (09:22), Reddish South (09:31), Miles Platting (10:23), Manchester Victoria (10:27), Salford Central (10:36), Salford Crescent (10:44), Farnworth (10:52), Bolton (10:54), Chorley (11:12), Leyland (11:40), Preston (11:47), Lancaster (12:38) and Carnforth at 12:46.

The tour then departs Carnforth at 13:13 / 13:36 and will then pass through Bentham (13:59), Giggleswick (14:18), Long Preston (14:23), Clitheroe (15:09), Langho (15:17), Blackburn (15:31), Cherry Tree (15:40), Leyland (16:06), Chorley (16:12), Bolton (16:30), Salford Central (16:52), Manchester Victoria (16:57), Denton (17:23), Stockport (18:22), Wilmslow (18:37), Sandbach (19:09) and Crewe at 19:34
