The has launched the Two for 2020 appeal, to try to steam both 7012 Bradley Manor and 7812 Erlestoke Manor in 2020.

Both locomotives are currently at Tyseley Locomotive Works, with 7812 undergoing its 10-yearly overhaul, and 7802 having her right-hand cylinder block replaced.

As both locomotives are out of action, the EMF do not have a source of income, so the appeal was launched to raise £25,000.

You can contribute to the appeal by becoming a member and shareholder in the EMF, donating railway memorabilia to the EMF shop at Bewdley Station, or to donate directly here.

This is excellent news and here at RailAdvent hope to see both manor class locos in steam again soon!
