The Erlestoke Manor Fund (EMF) have managed three projects this year, with this hard work hopefully bearing fruits in 2020.
2020
First off, the overhaul of 7812″Erlestoke Manor” should be completed during 2020.
Starting in Early January 2018, Tyseley Locomotives Works (TLW) has undertaken this with assistance from the EMF.
There is currently no date set during 2020 for the return to steam of 7812.
7802 “Bradley Manor” is awaiting repairs at TLW following damage caused by a piston rod failure earlier in the year.
7802 is expected to return after 7812. Alongside these has been the rebuild of tender no.T2329.
