The have announced that LMS Ivatt Class 2 No. 46521 will be visiting them in 2020.

The Class 2 will be visiting from mid-June until mid-September, which is around the time where the LMS Carriage Association plan to introduce their restored Brake Third Open coach into traffic.

46521's visit to the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway is thanks to the Loughborough Standard Locomotive Group, Great Central Railway and the Charles Newton Trust.
