A Nationwide campaign will be launched this week, stations across the country including those on the c2c route are getting ready to switch to smart tickets.
Half of the passengers already use smart tickets for many reasons, including convenience, security, travel perks and saving paper.
c2c will be celebrating smart week at selected stations across the route with information about switching to a c2c Smartcard, along with giveaways and fun activities.

Buy tickets online onto your Smartcard. Go straight to the gate and tap your card to load your ticket.
Automatic Delay Repay
If your train is delayed by more than two minutes, we'll keep track and then credit your c2c account each month.
