Discounts for rail passengers with new East Anglia Pass

Passengers in East Anglia can now save more money on days out thanks to a new partnership between and East Anglia Pass.

East Anglia Pass is an annual card that gives the named holder discounts to more than 250 attractions across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

It also gives discounts to a range of cinemas, up to 30% off food at restaurants and money saving offers at attractions and shops.

Usually, the annual pass costs £14.99, but by buying it via Greater Anglia customers pay just £12.99.

There are more than 250 offers at attractions in East Anglia, including Pleasurewood Hills, Banham Zoo, Colchester Zoo, Pleasure Beach, Africa Alive, Southend and Clacton Pier.

East Anglia Pass can be bought online and issued either as a plastic card, or people can download the App, by searching “East Anglia Pass” in the Google Play or App Store, and start using the pass immediately.

What did the officials say?

Martin Moran, Greater Anglia's Commercial and Customer Service Director, said:

“We're very pleased to be offering this great money saving initiative to our customers. East Anglia Pass offers discounts on great days out, shopping and at several restaurants.

“Customers can also benefit from a range of great value fares including Groupsave, and children travel for just £2 with any adult. Adult fares start from just £6 and for the cheapest prices, people should book tickets directly from our website.”
