Steam locomotive heading for Worcester Shrub Hill this Saturday

Steam locomotive 6233 Duchess of Sutherland will be back in steam on the mainline and will be in Worcester on Saturday 24th August 2019.

The Duchess locomotive is on a special railtour tomorrow. 6233 is hauling ‘The Cotswold Venturer’ railtour on Sunday.

The train will depart London Paddington at 07:40 and will pass through Slough (08:08), Twyford (08:26), Reading (08:33), Didcot Parkway (08:56), Swindon (10:06), Kemble (10:22), Cheltenham Spa (11:03), and Worcester Shrub Hill (11:50).

The return journey will depart Worcester Shrub Hill at 16:31, and will pass throguh Moreton-in-Marsh (17:14), Charlbury (17:34), Oxford (18:08), Didcot Parkway (18:36), Reading (19:09), Slough (19:33), West Ealing (19:52) and London Paddington (20:07).
