Special steam locomotive coming to Bury this Thursday

Steam locomotive No.34046 Braunton will be back in steam on the mainline and will be passing through Manchester on Thursday 22nd August 2019.

The West Country Class locomotive is on a light engine movement this Thursday. 34046 is heading from Crewe to the East Lancashire Railway.

The locomotive will depart Crewe H.S. at 12:41 and will pass through Crewe (13:20), Acton Bridge (13:41), Warrington Bank Quay (13:55), Earlestown (14:08), Eccles (14:33), Manchester Victoria (14:47), Miles Platting (14:52) and the East Lancashire Railway at 15:49.
