Steam locomotive 6233 Duchess of Sutherland heading for Par this Sunday

UPDATE 20/07 @ 06:00: 6233 will haul the tour from Bristol Temple Meads to Plymouth where a diesel locomotive will take the tour to Par.

6233 will then be turned and serviced at Plymouth before heading tender first to Par to haul the tour back to Bristol.

6233 Duchess of Sutherland will be back on the mainline this Sunday as it heads for Par.

The Duchess is hauling a Railway Touring Company tour from Bristol to Par.

Departing Bristol Temple Meads at 08:48, the tour will pass through Yatton (09:04), Bridgwater (09:29), Taunton (09:41), Tiverton Parkway (10:20), Exeter St Davids (10:40), Dawlish (11:54), Newton Abbot (12:02), Totnes (12:15), Plymouth (12:48), Saltash (13:47), Liskeard (14:05) and Par at 14:33.

The return journey will see the locomotive depart at 17:40, and will then pass through Liskeard (18:09), Saltash (18:24), Plymouth (18:34), Ivybridge (19:25), Dawlish (19:58), Exeter St Davids (20:12), Tiverton Parkway (21:01), Taunton (21:19), Yatton (22:24) and Bristol Temple Meads at 22:44.
