The Midland Railway – Butterley has announced that the Class 66 No.66431 will be visiting them for their diesel gala this month.
66431 is booked to visit the railway on Saturday 15th June only, unfortunately, it will not be available for Sunday 16th June.
The locomotive visits the railway thanks to Direct Rail Services.
With this locomotive normally hauling freight trains on the national network, this makes it a perfect opportunity to have a ride behind this locomotive.
