Where and when to see steam locomotive 62005 tomorrow

This Friday, 17th May 2019, will see 62005 back out on the mainline once again,  this time, heading for Fort William.

This light engine movement is to allow the locomotive to be in Scotland to haul Jacobite services.

Departing Carnforth Steamtown at 06:18, the locomotive will pass through Carnforth (06:38), Oxenholme Lake District (07:52), Tebay (08:11), Penrith North Lakes (08:33) and Carlisle at 08:54.

From Carlisle, the locomotive will pass through Lockerbie (10:49), Beattock (11:30), Carstairs (13:10), Holytown (13:55) Mossend (13:59), Ashfield (14:59), Dalmuir (15:15), Dumbarton Central (15:24), Helensburgh Upper (16:24), Garelochhead (16:42), Arrochar & Tarbet (17:13), Ardlui (17:32), Crianlarich (17:59), Upper Tyndrum (18:13), Bridge of Orchy (18:30), Rannoch (19:26), Corrur (19:43), Tulloch (20:06), Roy Bridge (20:42), Spean Bridge (20:51) and Fort William J. Yd T.C. at 21:30.
