Steam locomotive 60103 Flying Scotsman heading to London this Tuesday

60103 Flying Scotsman is back on the mainline and is heading to Southall after spending time in Scotland.

Flying Scotsman potentially will be completing this move with Black 5 No.44871, however, this is subject to change.

Departing the National Railway Museum at 11:07 and will pass through York (11:27), Doncaster (12:11), Saxilby (12:55), Metheringham (13:31) and Peterborough (14:28).

From Peterborough, the locomotive will pass through Sandy (16:09), Stevenage (16:26), Alexandra Palace (17:04), West Hampstead (17:48), Acton Main Line (18:07) and Southall WCRC at 19:19.

  • No matter what event occurs, there will always be idiots around. Hopefully not endangering others. Unfortunately some have to clear up the mess afterwards.
