Great Western Railway has announced that Delay Repay 15 has arrived on their network.
Passengers are able to claim compensation if they have a single, return or weekly ticket.
All you need to do is visit the Great Western Railway website and fill in their online form.
If entitled, you will receive your compensation within 28 days.
Below is some information about what you might be entitled to:
- 15 – 29 minutes:
- 25% of your single ticket or 12.5% of your return ticket cost
- 30 – 59 minutes:
- 50% of your one-way ticket or 25% of your return ticket price
- 60 – 119 minutes:
- 100% of your single ticket price, or 50% of your return ticket cost
- 120+ minutes
- 100% of either your single or return ticket
