  • Arriva Northern should be stripped off its franchise. Because they have failed to provide better rail services for passengers across the North of England with so many delays and cancellations to every train service it operates. Transpennine Express operated by First Group does provide much better rail services than Northern. And I think that Transpennine Express should take over the Northern franchise and to keep on providing better train services across the North of England.
