Railway carriages on the move?

Heritage railway carriages have been involved in a ‘swap' deal which has involved the Swindon and Cricklade Railway.

Stuart Reeder, who owns locomotive Andrew Barclay 2352, has swapped his Inspection Saloon No. 45036 for LMS Sleeper Coach 617, which has been based at the .

The aim is to get both the locomotive and the sleeper coach back to running order, and for this to happen, money will be needed to be raised.

This is brilliant news to hear, and nice to see railway carriages being saved as well as steam locomotives.
