Southeastern has announced that one of their high-speed trains has returned to service following damage repairs.

The train was badly damaged in a collision with a van on the 23rd October 2017.

After 20,000 hours of work and expertise 170 miles away from home, it has been brought back to its former glory and is ready for service again.

The train returned to service on the 3rd September 2018.

The Faversham route will have full twelve carriage trains for the 18:55 from St Pancras, meaning passengers will have a much more comfortable journey home.
