Hollycombe has announced that a Wren 2ft steam locomotive will be visiting them over the weekend.
‘Wren' is visiting from the Vale of Rheidol Railway, in Mid Wales.
Although the locomotive doesn't currently have a boiler certificate, meaning it can't run, it will, however, be on display at the museum all weekend.
It has been down away from the Vale of Rheidol Railway visiting the Dorset Steam Fair last weekend, meaning it was the perfect opportunity for a visit.
This is a lovely locomotive, and it is an excellent opportunity to see this locomotive in person. Especially since it lives a fair way away from Hollycombe.
