Steam locomotive 60009 Union of South Africa arrives at the Nene Valley Railway tomorrow

Steam locomotive 60009 Union of South Africa will be back in steam tomorrow on the mainline and will be passing through Peterborough on its journey.

The A4 locomotive is on a light engine movement. 60103 is moving from the WCRC Southall Depot, where it has been stabled whilst on tours and is heading down to the for her visit. She will set off from Southall at 10:24

The steam locomotive will stop at Acton Main Line at approximately 11:08 am, before heading off for Peterborough at 11:25 am.

From Acton Mainline, it will head via Gospel Oak, Finsbury Park, Alexandra Park, Stevenage and Peterborough to get to Orton Mere.
