The East Somerset Railway has released an update on their project to construct a second station platform at Cranmore.
This week, the waiting room has begun to be constructed on the second platform.
The project to build the second platform is being supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The steam railway has thanked the builders and volunteer, Gary Amos, who is seeing over the project.
We look forward to seeing further updates from the East Somerset Railway on the second platform at Cranmore.
