The East Somerset Railway has released an update on the overhaul of steam locomotive No.5239 Goliath.
5239s boiler has undergone a full NDT survey last week, and this didn't highlight any further defects other than the ones the team already knew about.
The boiler has now been covered in white contrast paint and has chalk lines all over it.
The team are now progressing with painting the frames and are now in the final stages of preparing to wheel the frames.
Goliaths axle boxes are all machined, these have been trial fitted ready to be assembled on the axles.
Various fittings are now being bolted back on to the frames, for example the oilers and brake hangers.
