Top marks for Heathrow Express in Customer Satisfaction Survey

Heathrow Express has announced they have been rated the UK's joint top performer in the Spring 2018 National Rail Passenger Survey.

The survey has been conducted by Transport Focus, and you have may have seen our other articles covering the other Train Operators in the UK as they release their results.

has achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 95%, which puts them joint 1st with Grand Central.

The survey has said that Heathrow Express has scored 25% more than its competitors in London and the South East.

What did the officials say?

Heathrow Express Director, Fraser Brown, said:

“The latest NRPS results show just how much Heathrow Express customers value the speed and punctuality of our service which connects London Paddington and Heathrow Central in 15 minutes.”
